Kirk is an associate at Gukeisen Law Group. Kirk began his education at Mesa community college, then attended Arizona State University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1989 with a Bachelor's Degree. At ASU Kirk was a member of the ROTC and on the Dean's list from 1987 to 1989. Kirk received his law degree from Brigham Young University in 1993 where he was a J. Ruben Clark Scholarship recipient. Kirk began his career in Mesa practicing foreclosure and bankruptcy law. Kirk was admitted to practice in the Federal District Court of Arizona in 2008.
